• Responsible for managing all aspects of the eCommerce business, including strategic and tactical business planning, content strategy and development, QA, testing/optimization, web analytics and production schedules for promotional web and email campaigns
• Manage product development for search optimization, personalization, sales conversion, mobile features, social media initiatives and internal process improvements
• Partner with UX to guide the user experience of the website, including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel, product search and promotional campaigns
• Manage all aspects of web metrics related to eCommerce and communicate relevant information to team members, executive leadership and cross-functional partners
• Partner with key cross-functional teams to ensure all relevant organizational goals and implications are factored into eCommerce projects
• Lead internal and external storefront and design production teams, tracking progress based on Key Performance Indicators
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of business-to-consumer technology and business judgment; able to identify, prioritize and rally support for high-impact projects
